What are the connection methods of valves and pipelines?

Manual valve is normally closed and closed, let me tell you how to maintain it
Description and performance characteristics of digital lock balance valve
Flange link
Flange connection is the connection form that is used more frequently between valve and pipeline or equipment. It refers to a detachable connection in which a flange, a gasket and a bolt are connected to each other as a group of combined sealing structures.
Pipe flange refers to the flange used for piping in pipeline installations, and used on equipment refers to the inlet and outlet flanges of equipment. The flange connection is easy to use and can withstand large pressures.
The flange connection can be applied to valves of various nominal sizes and pressures, but the use temperature is limited. Under high temperature conditions, the flange connection bolts are prone to creep and cause leakage. Generally, Blue connection is recommended for use at ≤350 ℃.
Wafer connection
A connection form in which the valve and the two pipes are directly clamped together by bolts.
Welding connection
Welding connection refers to a connection form in which the valve body has a welding groove and is connected to the piping system by welding.
GB / T 12224, API600, ASME B 16.34 and other standards make provisions for welding grooves.
The welding connection between valve and pipeline is divided into butt-welded connection (BW) and socket-welded connection (SW). Butt-welded connection (BW) can be applied to various sizes, various pressures and high temperature conditions. Socket-welded connection (SW) is generally suitable for valves ≤ DN50.
Card sleeve link
The working principle of the ferrule connection is that when the nut is tightened, the ferrule is under pressure, causing its blade to bite into the outer wall of the pipe, and the outer tapered surface of the ferrule is tightly pressed against the tapered surface of the joint body under pressure, which can reliably prevent leakage .
